Today my writer-buddy, Jen, asked me if I was scared of a blank page. I told her that I am scared of the pile of dishes that towers over the dishpan in my kitchen, I am scared of raising a bratty kid, but a blank page? A respite.
Blank pages are more devious than you might think. Check out this site–discovered it ages ago. The power of the blank page should never be underestimated.
